Valentine 2011-Presenting your homemade gifts in well thought of ways says much about your personality and giving heart. After all, when you purchase these delectables from retailers, you pretty much pay for the packaging.

February 2011-Think outside the box when you decorate your cookies-use sprinkles, beads, colores sugars and other small itmes to dress up the cookies.

February 2011-Standing out...it's in the packaging. It's ok to be creative when you package these little darlings...nothing ribbon and cellophane bags can't pretty up.

Valentine 2011-I made these minature heart shaped cookies with sprinkles. The oerfect gift for your special friends. They kind of reminded me of the little frosted animal crackers. Sp precious.

Christmas Cookies 2010- After making these cookies, my desire to get better at making and decorating sugar cookies increased. I set a goal that I will practice and do what it takes to learn this art in one year.

February 2011-The Pirate Cookie-made for one of my favorite bestie Monica's children's pirate b-day party. My sister Mary and Bella had so much fun helping me with this project. They are just too adorable.

February 2011-The Monogram Cookie made for Bella's BFF Mariah's 11th b-day. This cookie has actually been a crowd favorite to have as party favors. I've made dozens for friends and family upon their requests after they debuted.

February 2011-Cupcake cookies. I had a hard time creating the chocolate brown icing so I used melted chocolate which didn't dry the way I hoped for. These cookies were just an excuse to practice some more.

December 2010-I inherited the Snowflake Cookie Cutter Collection for my BFF Jorge and i must say that it was one of my most fabulous inheritance:) Thanks Jorgey!!! Ofcourse these cookies were a sample set for him.

October 2010-Harajuku Lovers-Love, Gwen and Musik. I had so much fun creating these cookies and the Bella's friends had so much fun eating them.

October 2010-Isabella's 10th Harajuku Lovers B-day Party. Meet HL "Love". This was one of my favorites. This was done free hand-both the carving of the dough and the icing. She looked pretty close to the real thing.

October 2010-The onsie cookie made for a baby shower. The piping and frosting getting better but still needing more practice and patience.

August 2009-Flower cookies made for my God Daughter's 1st birthday. Talk about zero to no skills. The icing was too runny and hard to control.

April 2010-My first attempt at Easter cookies. As you can plainly see, they needed the cookie police. The designs could have pulled it off however, the icing was too thick which created an uneven and rough tecture.

I have always been facinated with sugar cookies so in early 2010 I decided to put some time and effort into studying this art. Since then, I've been a Cookie Diva and make excuses to bake them up and decorate. I'm still learning the tricks of the trade so be nice to me. Welcome to my cookie journey, enjoy the ride:)
